Players should fully level Rizzi's Fate, as it is the core active skill in the build. The core skills of the build all involve summoning, effectively letting the Sharpshooter create an army. With this Relic equipped, the Sharpshooter can call upon several allies. The key to the You've Got a Friend in Me build is the Cold Heart Relic.
